PCM2500 is a high-performance thermal phase change material with 55℃ of phase changing temperature. PCM2500 is solid under room temperature, and fluid over phase changing temperature, having good wet ability and compressibility. PCM2500 is used to be attached between a heat sink and a power component to reduce thermal resistance with any sizes according to customer requirement.
